Southern Sierra Climbers Association
Shuteye Ridge Baby!!!
This latest SSCA event was rad. I had the most fun I've had in a long time,
despite reinjuring my ring finger tendon a little bit. It all started with a bike wreck,
and now I'm having to rehab it for climbing. Anyways, we enjoyed music from
Nicole and Grahm by the fire, good weather despite some occaisional showers
and in general everyone did alot of climbing...
Nicole high up
on ???
Grahm just
getting started
on his .12a?
route
Josh on an

Shangri-La
Getting Loaded up for
the 4wd day
After an awesome night around the fire, we all headed our ways in the morning for some great climbing
Niclole and I on our
proj Storming the
Castle.
Midway up the
route, we got into
some 5.11
Finito!!! Now to just
get out before
T-storms
After the heinous bushwhack complete with wasps and near falls into Shuteye Creek, Eric and John V got on this
route. Follow the obvious crack to the top with knobs and the whole bit.
Eric and John...send me some shots
dudes!!!
After climbing on Catnap, Kent and Grahm and everyone were all hanging out in the cave at electric
eagle to witness the new proj. At one point grahm who was wearing a green shirt had a rainbow coming
off the top of his head!!!!
We had some amazing experiences,
and I even got some video...
