Everything you need to know before joining: Upon receipt of this form, you will recieve confirmation of your
membership by e-mail or snail mail after we receive your donation/membership fee of $15 or more. If you would like an
official SSCA T-shirt, please make a donation of $25 and indicate your shirt size on the form. Sorry, please send checks,
no credit card transactions.

or decision making while I am participating in any such SSCA event. I further acknowledge that if I am killed, injured,
maimed, dismembered, paralyzed, or otherwise physically or mentally deformed, the SSCA and any of its board members
or associates or agents are not in any way liable for such an injury, or death, or disablement. The bottom line is this: I am
responsible for me and what happens to me, and no one else is responsible for me and what happens to me!!
